RetailAI Agents

One agent for every decision.
No gaps in between.

From the first stock signal to the last dollar in the ledger, one suite of agents acts across all of it, inside your own rules.

The Retail Flywheel diagram: six stages — product launch, inventory, orders and sale, fulfilment, customer 360 and promotions — loop over a governance trust-and-heal plane, both running on federated MCP connectors to POS, eCommerce, ERP, WMS/3PL and CRM systems of record
Agents in a Box

Agents in a Box.
Every agent connected via MCP.

Each agent connects through MCP, reads your live data, acts on it, and reports back — automatically. No manual triggers. No technical overhead. Just an operation that runs itself, and gets smarter with every new agent we ship.

Five parts of the business

An agent on every stage,
each one watching one part.

Merchandise

Gets a product ready to sell and a store ready to run it.

Product Enrichment audits the catalogue nightly against a quality scorecard. Roster Agent drafts rosters from forecast demand, usually the single largest controllable cost in store.

Inventory & Supply Chain

Keeps stock where it will sell and the count trustworthy.

Inventory Replenishment drafts purchase orders before you run out. Distribution and Demand moves stock to where it will sell instead of where it will sit. Stock Clearance prices overstock down before it becomes dead stock.

Orders & Sale

Captures every order and keeps each channel in sync.

Order Capture keeps online, in store and marketplace sales on one ledger. Channel Sync heals failed marketplace listings every hour so nothing sells that you cannot ship.

Fulfilment

Gets the order out the door for the least cost.

Order Routing picks the location that ships it cheapest and fastest. Batch Picking groups orders into aisle optimised runs so the pick path is never doubled back.

Customer

Knows who is buying and keeps them coming back.

Customer 360 builds one record across every channel. Loyalty Agent handles tiers, win back and VIP treatment. Promotional Agent targets campaigns off that single view, never re-pitching something already bought.

Operations & Trust

Protects the number at the bottom.

Accountant Agent sweeps payables every night for what is slipping through. Pricing Intelligence watches where margin is eroding and recommends a move, never below cost floor. Fraud Detection flags unusual refund and void patterns without accusing anyone.

The retail loop

One product, six stages,
an agent behind every decision.

A product launch isn't one decision, it's dozens. List it. Forecast it. Order it. Receive it. Price it. Ship it. Restock it. Each step used to sit in its own spreadsheet, owned by its own person, with no one seeing the whole picture.

RetailAI runs all six stages as one connected journey, launch, plan and buy, inventory, merchandise, sell and route, and fulfil and ship. Most steps run themselves, inside your own rules. Where judgement matters, an agent proposes the move and waits for a person to say yes, marked HITL above.

The loop closes too. Every dispatch, return and stock movement flows back into the ledger, so it stays true from the first decision to the last.

RetailAI Agents in a Box product launch journey: six stages — launch, plan and buy, inventory, merchandise, sell and route, and fulfil and ship — each run by named agents, with product enrichment, inventory replenishment, fraud detection and roster marked HITL for human approval, and a customer row of Customer 360, loyalty and promotional agents. Dispatch commits and returns flow back to inventory journals so the ledger stays truthful.
A worked example

Two journeys,
run side by side.

While a customer moves from identity to engagement to conversion, the store moves from stock to fulfilment to supply. Agents run both, in the same numbered order, at the same time.

Numbered run order across the customer and store experience. The customer journey runs identity to engagement to conversion: Customer 360, loyalty, gift card, promotional, order routing and payment, then order exception, producing deduplicated records, targeted promotions, gift card liability and attributed revenue. The store operations journey runs stock to fulfilment to supply: receipt, inventory replenishment, supply chain, distribution and demand, decanting, batch picking and carrier, stock take, then reconciliation, producing right stock at the right node, transfers exported and orders shipped.
