Using RetailAI

By accessing or using RetailAI you agree to these terms. If you are using RetailAI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your systems and data

You keep ownership of the systems and data you connect to RetailAI. You grant us permission to read from and act on those systems only as needed to provide the service and only within the rules and authority levels you configure.

You are responsible for setting each agent’s authority appropriately for your business.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse RetailAI, including attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, interfering with its operation, or using it to break the law or the rights of others.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RetailAI reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the product and, where reasonable, these terms; if we make material changes we will let you know.

Liability

RetailAI is provided as a decision layer that acts within the limits you set. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and you remain responsible for the rules and authority you configure.
