From Photo to Published

How our Product Agent turns a single image into a revenue ready listing.

Picture a 280 SKU supplier range landing on our desk. Onboarded manually, that is typically two full days of copy writing for a content team. With our Product Agent, the same range can go live in a fraction of that time, with more consistent quality than manual writing usually achieves.

That gap will sound familiar to anyone who has tried to launch a large supplier range on time. A new range lands, and suddenly a content team is buried under product titles, descriptions, attributes and SEO metadata for hundreds of SKUs at once. Deadlines slip. Listings go live half finished. And the retailers who move fastest often win the shelf space, online and off.

We built our Product Agent to remove that bottleneck entirely. We upload a photo, and get back a fully SEO, GEO and AEO optimised product listing in moments, not days.

Traditional SEO still matters, but it is no longer the whole game. Generative Engine Optimisation, or GEO, means earning a place among the handful of sources large language models cite when they answer a shopper’s question. Answer Engine Optimisation, or AEO, means structuring content so AI powered search features like Google AI Overviews and Copilot can lift it directly into a response. We build all three into every listing from the moment it is created, rather than treating them as a separate task for later.

The problem with manual catalogue work

Every retailer knows the drill. A product image arrives with little or no accompanying data. Someone must identify the category, measure or estimate the specs, write a description that sells, craft SEO, GEO and AEO friendly metadata, and check the photo is fit to publish. Multiply that by a few hundred SKUs and it becomes a repetitive job, done manually, with quality that varies from person to person and day to day.

We built our Product Agent to take that entire workflow and compress it into a single automated pass, triggered the moment an image is uploaded.

How it works, step by step

1. Image ingested: We receive the product photo through PIM, Shopify or a bulk import tool.

2. Vision analysis: Our vision model reads colour, material, form factor and brand markings.

3. Extract attributes: We pull category, dimensions, colour, compatibility and spec data.

4. Generate copy: We write SEO, GEO and AEO optimised titles, meta descriptions and rich product descriptions.

5. Create embedding: We generate a vector embedding for semantic search and recommendations.

6. Image moderation: We check image quality and flag blurry or non compliant product shots.

7. Published: We push the enriched listing to all connected sales channels instantly.

In practice, the moment a product image is uploaded, our agent analyses the photo to generate SEO, GEO and AEO optimised descriptions. It extracts structured attributes such as dimensions, materials and care instructions. It also produces semantic embeddings that power AI driven search and recommendations, and runs automated image moderation, all without a single manual keystroke. Because attributes and descriptions are structured and consistent from the outset, listings are easier for AI systems to extract, verify and cite, which is exactly what GEO and AEO reward.

Two more agents keep the catalogue honest after launch

Publishing fast is only half the job. Every night, our Product Enrichment agent audits the catalogue against a quality scorecard, filling gaps that creep in after launch. That way, search and conversion do not quietly decay as a range ages. Once a listing is pushed to every connected channel, our Channel Sync agent checks in hourly. It heals anything that has failed or fallen off a marketplace, so a range that goes live in one pass does not need babysitting across every channel afterwards.

Why it matters

• Speed: Content creation drops from days of manual work to a fraction of that time, so we can take large ranges live the same day they arrive.

• Consistency: Every listing follows the same quality bar, regardless of who uploaded the photo or how busy the team is.

• Search readiness: Semantic embeddings mean products surface correctly in AI powered search and recommendation engines, not just keyword search.

• AI answer ready: We build structured, consistent content for GEO and AEO. That gives listings a genuine shot at being cited or summarised in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, not just ranked on a results page.

• Quality control: Automated moderation catches blurry or non-compliant images before they ever reach a live channel, and our Product Enrichment agent keeps auditing the catalogue long after launch.

• Channel reach: Once enriched, listings push instantly to every connected sales channel, and our Channel Sync agent keeps them there.

The bottom line

Catalogue growth should not be capped by content team capacity. Our Product Agent gives retailers a way to onboard supplier ranges in a fraction of the time manual copy writing takes. It does this without sacrificing the quality, consistency or SEO, GEO and AEO performance of the listings that go live.

Picture that same 280 SKU range going from photo to published catalogue entry in a single pass. The real question for most retailers is not whether AI enrichment is worth exploring. It is how much revenue has already been left on the table waiting for manual copy writing to catch up.
